L-Triodotironin Sodium 25mg, 100 tablets (Abdi Ibrahim) 25mcg – 100 Tabs

TIROMEL BASIC INFORMATION
Tiromel (T3), brand name for the substance liothyronine sodium. It is not an anabolic/androgenic steroid but thyroid hormone. It is a synthetically manufactured liothyronine sodium which resembles the natural thyroid hormone tricodide-thyronine (L-T3). The thyroid of a healthy person usually produces two hormones, the better known L-thyroxine and the aforementioned L-triiodine-thyronine. Since Cytomel is the synthetic equivalent of the latter hormone, it causes the same processes in the body as if the thyroid were to produce more of the hormone. It is interesting to note that L-T3 is clearly the stronger and more effective of these two hormones.

This hormone is used primarily to help reduce fat while on a low calorie diet. It keep your metabolism going even while calories are low.

Caution must be taken to not go overboard with this drug as to much combined with to little calories can lead to serious side effects. You also do not want to use this to long as you may cause problems with your natural productions of this hormone. We do not recommend any more than 4 weeks on this drug.

A Triiodothyronine cycle must begin gradually, with the initial dosages starting at 25 mcg (half a tablet). It’s also possible to take a quarter tablet during the first days of the cycle – 12.5 mcg. Dosages must be increased gradually, every 2-4 days, eventually reaching the optimal daily dose of 75 mcg.

Triiodothyronine’s half-life is 2-3 days, but this doesn’t mean that of the administered 25 mcg 12.5 will remain active after a day and a half. The peak concentration is reached 5-7 hours after administration and then it gradually decreases. This means that users should not take the entire daily dose in the morning, since it’s essential to ensure equal hormonal levels throughout the day. It’s best to divide the dosage into two administrations, in the morning and in the afternoon. To facilitate tolerance to the drug, the dosage can be divided into 3 administrations.

At the end of the cycle, the dosage of the drug should be reduced gradually to avoid a sharp termination of the hormone intake. The drug’s usage duration should be 3-4 weeks. It’s recommended to use Triiodothyronine for no more than 6 weeks. A break of at least 2 months should be made between repeated cycles. Athletes that use high dosages of the hormone for extended periods of time are risking developing thyroid hypofunction. As a result, such athletes will have to use supplementary drugs for the thyroid gland function for the rest of their lives.
It is necessary to monitor body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate during the cycle. Exceeding normal values may indicate a disturbance of the functioning of the body. If the body temperature exceeds 39 degrees and the heart rate is more than 100 beats when resting, this indicates high losses of muscle mass and the onset of thyroid damage, in which case it is necessary to gradually reduce the daily dosage.

When using thyroid hormones, post-cycle therapy is essential to restore the thyroid gland so that the body can independently produce hormones. Otherwise, body fat will rapidly accumulate after discontinuation of the drug’s usage. PCT should last for 45 days (one and a half months), the drugs employed being Tyrosine at 2000 mg daily, divided into 2 admissions – morning and evening, Gugulipid at 35 mg three times a day and Resveratrol at 100 mg daily.
